When the industry people came to look at our portfolios, they didn’t feel it was necessary to add a CV in the portfolio. They said your work should speak for itself.

I didn’t include it in there but I have updated my CV. I have included work experience in my CV. I don’t have paid work experience so have used placements so that it is more appealing to employers.

I am happy with my CV and feel it look professional. It is all on one page so that employers don’t get bored. It is easy to skim read as employers have many CV’s that they read. I worked on Adobe InDesign so that I could structure my text and monitor the allignment. It is just a much more professional look rather than using Word.
